Welcome to my website, hosted by iPage!  This site is a demonstration of the power of iPage hosting combined with the weebly site builder.  Before you go, make sure to check out the video found on my blog which shows the building of this site.

The weebly drag-and-drop builder is an amazingly powerful tool. iPage offers this tool as a standard part of its basic service. The best place to build a weebly site, however, is weebly.com. weebly offers web hosting for free with more features on their free builder than I have here on the iPage weebly builder. With the free service at weebly.com, your site name might read, "mysite.weebly.com." To have a weebly site that reads, "www.mysite.com," you'd need to upgrade to the paid version which comes with a lot more features in the editor than the free version.

iPage

iPage web hosting offers a ton of awesome features for a very low cost. You can find a lot of these features elsewhere, but I have never found all of these features in one place - and for so little! iPage comes with a few different site builders to choose from, is PHP and MySQL compatible (allowing the use of WordPress) and simply makes web building convenient for the amateur and expert alike. iPage also offers an upgrade to a premium weebly service. It is not as extensive as weebly's own service, but it does offer a few iPage features that weebly does not.

As you can see, both iPage and weebly have a lot to offer. I have found that weebly.com really is the best option for the casual builder who wants a great-looking, personal website but really doesn't want to learn the ins and outs of site design. iPage.com, offering a lot more services like unlimited domain hosting, unlimited email and unlimited MySQL databases, is definitely the option for the more experienced web designer. I am not an experienced web designer but I chose iPage because I wanted unlimited domain hosting and I want to learn WordPress. I have not chosen to add the premium version of weebly because I intend to learn how to get all of the items I need onto a website without having to spend extra money. All in all, I could not be happier with the simple, professional website that I was able to put together using iPage's weebly site builder!
